The short version: Pro Lucro collects nothing. It has no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone unless you deliberately export it somewhere yourself.
What is collected
Nothing. The app does not gather, transmit, sell or share any information about you or the people you bill. There is no sign-up, no profile and no way to log in, because there is nowhere to log in to.
The app contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party code of any kind. It makes no network requests at all.
Where your records live
Clients, time entries, reimbursements, invoices, receipt photos, and your logo are stored in the app's own storage on your device. They are not copied anywhere else by the app, and we have no access to them.
The client details you enter — names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses — are yours. They stay on your device under your control, and it is your responsibility to handle them appropriately for the people they describe.
Backups you create
The app can write a backup file containing your records, and you choose where it goes. That decision is yours, and what happens to the file afterwards is governed by wherever you put it:
• Saving it to iCloud Drive means Apple stores it under Apple's terms.
• Emailing it to yourself means your email provider holds a copy.
• Keeping it on your device means it stays there.
The app never uploads a backup on its own, and never sends one to us.
Separately, if you use Apple's iCloud Backup or an encrypted computer backup for your iPhone, the app's data is included in that backup like any other app's. That copy is held by Apple under Apple's terms and is not accessible to us.
Photos
When you attach a receipt photo or a logo, iOS shows you its own picker and hands the app only the single image you chose. The app is never given access to your photo library and cannot browse it. The images you pick are stored on your device with the rest of your records.
Purchases
If you buy the one-time unlock, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card details, billing address, or Apple Account information. The app only ever learns whether a purchase exists on the device, which is what lets it unlock.
Children
The app is a tool for billing professional work and is not directed at children. Since it collects no information from anyone, it collects none from children.
Your choices
Because the app collects nothing, there is no account to close, no data of yours to delete, and no request to make. Deleting the app from your device removes its records from that device. If you want to keep them, first export a backup before you delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Any change that affects what the app does with your information will be described plainly here rather than only in a version number.
This website
This page is hosted on Wix, which keeps basic visitor statistics such as page views and sets the cookies that go with them. That is the website, not the app. Pro Lucro itself makes no network requests, so nothing you enter in the app appears here or reaches anyone.
